The aim of Subject to Citizen: Let the People Govern is to take up the National Planning Commission’s offer to engage with the National Development Plan - Vision 2030. It offers a constructively critical assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of the policy proposals of the National Development Plan (NDP) and of the underlying diagnostic studies on which it is based.
