The Land Rights Management Facility (LRMF) was established the Department of Rural Development and Land Reform as is managed by Cheadle, Thomson and Haysom Attorneys. The work involves the regularisation of Communal Property Associations to ensure their compliance with the Communal Property Associations Act as well as finding solutions in instances where there are tenure security disputes.
